Pop-up doll: popsicles in two colors 24 months
The ideal treat for children: these ice creams are made from fresh fruit and look festive.

Halve the melon, spoon the seeds out with a spoon and cut into pieces. Remove the peel and cut the flesh into blocks.

Mash the melon with the hand blender or in the food processor and mix in the sugar. If necessary add a splash of water to make a total of 300 ml.

Pour the melon puree to the edge in four popsicle forms. Close the shapes with the lid with stick.

Puree the raspberries finely with the hand blender or in the food processor. Strain them over a measuring cup and mix in the rest of the sugar.

Let the ice lollies freeze in the freezer in 6 hours.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and dip the molds briefly in hot water. Carefully pull the ice lollies out of the mold on the stick.
