Marbled chocolate cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 170 ºC.

Grind the cookies in the food processor. Add the butter.

Grease the spring form. Spread the mixture over the bottom of the spring form, press and put in the oven for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, hang a bowl in a pan of boiling water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Melt the chocolate while stirring au bain-marie.

Mix the cream cheese and sugar in the food processor. Add 1 to 1 eggs.

Spoon some of this mixture into a bowl and keep separate.

Fold the melted chocolate through the rest of the mixture and pour into the spring form.

Spread with a spoonful of drops of the cream cheese mixture kept separate.

Make beautiful, elegant curls through the mixture with a skewer so that a marble pattern is created.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 1 hour.

Allow to cool and remove the mold. Serve cold.
