Marinated artichoke hearts
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: artichoke hearts (à 400 g), thyme (a 15 g), flat parsley (a 20 g), lemon (scrubbed), extra virgin olive oil and garlic (finely chopped).

Let the artichoke hearts drain in a sieve.

Ris from the thyme the leaves of the twigs and remove the leaves from the stalks with the parsley.

Put the herbs in a bowl.

Halve the lemon and cut 1 half into slices.

Press the other half over the herbs.

Stir in the oil and add pepper and salt to taste.

Spoon the artichoke hearts, the garlic and the slices of lemon through it.

Let the artichokes stand for 1 hour, scoop every now and then.

Place the artichokes on a dish.

Pour the marinade over the artichokes..
