Marinated nectarines in wine with summer fruit
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fine granulated sugar, Moscatod'Asti (Fontanafredda, sweetened wine, a 750 ml), nectarines, sorbet berries, forest fruits (500 ml), mixed fruit (eg red or blue berries, raspberries, blackberries), cantuccini (almond biscuits and a 175 g).

Allow to roast sugar in muscat wine. Degrease nectarines. Nectarines halve, remove kernel and cut flesh into segments. Prepare parts by wine and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Forming 4 rolls of sorbet ice cream. Distribute nectarine portions with wine over four deep plates. Sprinkle fruit mix over it and place scoop of sorbet ice on fruit. Cantuccini crumble above or add it separately, to dip into wine.
