Directions

  1. Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper and tear them into large pieces.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Stir in oyster mushrooms with lemon juice and thyme.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and cover oyster mushrooms in 5-8 min.
  5. Let oyster mushrooms cool to room temperature in released moisture.
