Marinated roasted peppers
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, lemon, garlic, olive oil and capers.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Peppers roast approx.

5 cm under grill in approx.

15 minutes black, every 5 minutes.

Peppers are allowed to cool for about 5 minutes.

Pull off the sheet with a sharp knife.

Halving bell peppers, collecting moisture, removing seed and seed lists.

Cut peppers into strips and arrange them on a scale.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Garlic peel and chop.

In a small bowl, from paprika with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic to beat dressing.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Dressing over peppers and shoveling.

Scrape capers over it.
