Marinated roasted peppers


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, lemon, garlic, olive oil and capers.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Peppers roast approx.
  3. 5 cm under grill in approx.
  4. 15 minutes black, every 5 minutes.
  5. Peppers are allowed to cool for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pull off the sheet with a sharp knife.
  7. Halving bell peppers, collecting moisture, removing seed and seed lists.
  8. Cut peppers into strips and arrange them on a scale.
  9. Squeeze out the lemon.
  10. Garlic peel and chop.
  11. In a small bowl, from paprika with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic to beat dressing.
  12. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  13. Dressing over peppers and shoveling.
  14. Scrape capers over it.
  15. Store in a refrigerator until use..
