Marinated salmon and butter lettuce

Directions

  1. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the oil and picadillo spices with half the lime juice and the rack.
  2. Brush the salmon around with the marinade and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  4. Mix the rest of the lime juice and grater with the yoghurt and horseradish. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Slice the jalapeño pepper finely. Peel the cucumber, halve in length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
  6. Cut the cucumber into strips lengthwise and mix with the lettuce and jalapeño pepper.
  7. Place the salmon on a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake for approx. 10 minutes in the middle of the oven. Heat the tortillas according to directions on the package.
  8. Serve the salmon with the yoghurt dressing, lettuce and tortillas.
