Directions

  1. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the oil and picadillo spices with half the lime juice and the rack.
  2. Brush the salmon around with the marinade and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
