Directions

  1. Place 10 mariju biscuits on a microwave-safe plate and place a marshmallow on each cookie. Put the plate in the microwave and set for approx. 10 sec. on the highest level. Stay there and take out the plate when the marshmallows have doubled in size. Carefully place the rest of the biscuits on the marshmallows. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the coconut for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter over medium heat. Allow to cool in a container. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put in a glass bowl. Hang the bowl in a pan with a bottom of hot water and ensure that the bottom of the dish does not touch the water. Hold the water to boil and let the chocolate melt (au bain-marie). Stir occasionally until a smooth mixture is formed.
  3. Dip the marshmallow cookies all the way into the chocolate, so that the whole cookie is covered. Put them on a piece of baking paper. Sprinkle half of the cookies with coconut and half with sprinkles. Turn them around and also sprinkle the other side, half with coconut and half with sprinkles. Let it harden in 30 minutes.
