Mashed potatoes with celery
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (slightly crumbly), celery (in pieces), crème fraîche (125 ml), celery ((a 40 g) and finely chopped).

Peel the potatoes and cook them in plenty of water with salt for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the celery in 5 minutes until al dente.

Drain the potatoes and collect the cooking liquid. Add 100 ml of cooking liquid and the crème fraîche and stamp into a coarse puree.

Mix the celery and the celery with the puree. Season with salt and pepper.
