Directions

  1. Halve the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and seed lists with a small spoon.
  2. Sprinkle the hollowed out tomatoes with salt and pepper and let them drain on a piece of folded kitchen paper.
  3. Cut the sprigs of chives over a bowl into pieces.
  4. Cut the slices of smoked salmon into strips of 1 cm wide.
  5. Cut pickles into small pieces.
  6. Cut the peppers into strips.
  7. Cut the apple in four and cut out the core.
  8. Peel the pieces of apple and grate them over a bowl on a coarse grater.
  9. Open the cans of salmon (with a can opener), pour away the moisture and remove any pieces of skin or grits between the salmon.
  10. Scoop the salmon (out of the tin) and the pieces of pickles through the apple.
  11. Add 0.75 part mayonnaise and half of the yogurt with half of the chives and some salt and pepper.
  12. Scoop everything together well.
  13. In a different bowl, combine the remaining mayonnaise with the rest of the yogurt, the lemon juice, some salt and pepper and the water into a thin dressing and scoop the young leaf lettuce.
  14. Spread the leaf lettuce over the plates.
  15. Spoon the salmon salad into the hollowed out tomatoes, a little salad can be stewed out of the tomatoes.
  16. Put 3 filled tomatoes on each plate, but keep some space in the middle.
  17. Put a smoked salmon in the middle of the tomatoes and sprinkle the chives over it.
  18. Divide the pepper strips over the leaf lettuce.
  19. Tasty with brown baguette.
