Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 onion coarsely shredded
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 500 gram pumpkin peeled, into cubes of approx. 3 cm
- 1 celeriac peeled, into cubes of approx. 3 cm
- 300 gram savoy in bars
- 1 liter vegetable stock of tablet
- 1 liter herbal broth from tablet
- 4 cut Rye bread
- 2 tablespoon syrup
- 4 paste bacon
- 4 paste breakfast bacon

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a soup pot and fry the onion with the curry powder.

Add the pumpkin, the celeriac, the savoy cabbage and the stock and gently simmer for 20 minutes with the lid.

Serve the soup with rye bread with syrup and bacon.
