Pepper soup with chicken breast and chive rice
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cucumber, chicken fillet fumé (about 100 g), ready-to-eat long grain rice (250 g), red pepper mascarpone soup (400 ml) and fresh chives (a 25 g).

Peel cucumber and halve in length.
