Pepper soup with chicken breast and chive rice
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cucumber, chicken fillet fumé (about 100 g), ready-to-eat long grain rice (250 g), red pepper mascarpone soup (400 ml) and fresh chives (a 25 g).

Peel cucumber and halve in length.

Cut cucumber and chicken fillet into cubes and distribute over two deep plates.
