Indian vegetables with omelet


A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: white rice (bag 1 kg), oil, onion (coarsely chopped), oriental wok vegetables (400 g), boemboe (sajur vegetables (100 g)), miniature flasks ((425 g), drained), eggs and salted peanuts (bag 350 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion and the wok vegetables 2 min. Mix 200 ml water, the Bumbu spice and the corn through it and let it simmer for about 4 minutes until they are tender and crisp.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry an omelet of 1/4 of the egg mixture. Keep warm under a lid. Bake 3 more omelets. Roll up the omelettes.
  3. Season the sajoy vegetables with pepper and salt. Spoon the rice on 4 plates and spread the vegetables over it. Sprinkle with the peanuts and add the rolled egg.
