Poached catfish filet with spicy vanilla butter
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, orange, vanilla bean, butter, pink pepper berries (jar of 23 g), fish bouillon tablet, salt, freshly ground pepper, catfish fillets (about 225 g) and garlic chives.

Scrub some orange and grate off with zesteur.

Squeezing orange.

Cut the vanilla pod open.

Melt butter in a saucepan.

Add orange peel, vanilla pod and pepper berries and let it cook for approx.

Bring 4 tablespoon of water with bouillon tablet, orange juice, salt and pepper to the boil.

Bouillon tablet with stirring.

Remove catfish fillet into 2 equal pieces and place in moisture.

Bring to the boil over about 6 to 8 minutes on low heat.

Preheat two plates.

Remove vanilla pod from butter, scrape out seeds and stir in butter.

Cut the chives above into pieces of approx.

1 cm.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove catfish fillets with skimmer from moisture, let them drain briefly and place on hot plates.

Prepare vanilla butter.

Serve with mashed potatoes and lamb's lettuce..
