Kangaroo dillies with apricot-nut salsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper, vortexed apricots, oil, garlic (finely chopped), spring onions (in rings), salted cashew nuts (coarsely chopped), kangaroo doughs (at room temperature), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), chopped ) and lime juice.

Cut pepper by half, remove seeds and cut pepper into small pieces.

Cut apricots with kitchen scissors into pieces.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry pepper, garlic and spring onions for 1 min.

Add apricots and cashew nuts and fry for 1 min.

Take the pan of fire and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in large frying pan and brown in 6-8 min.

Brown and bake in half, halfway through.

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and place on hot plates.

Mix the coriander and lime juice with the apricot-cashew nut mixture and add meat.

Tasty with boiled rice and green beans..
