Meatballs, broccoli and fried potatoes
Baked potatoes with broccoli and homemade meatballs.

Peel the potatoes, halve them and put them in a pan with water. Make sure they are just under water. Add salt if necessary. Cook them in 20 minutes until done.

Drain the potatoes and let cool on a plate. Cut the potatoes into slices of about 1 cm thick.

Meanwhile, put the bread in a deep plate and pour the milk over it. Leave for 2 minutes and squeeze out.

Chop the onion as finely as possible. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the onion, egg and squeezed bread. Mix together and season generously with salt and pepper.

Divide the minced meat into a large meatball per person.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Bake meatballs over medium heat in 5 min. Brown.

After the meatballs are brown, add the water. Let the large balls in about 20 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in 2 frying pans. Fry the potato slices over medium heat in 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Turn occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stem and cut into slices.

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.

Divide the meatballs, potatoes and broccoli over the plates and serve immediately.
