Meatballs in yoghurt sauce
Half-to-half balls in an Indian yogurt curry sauce with naan bread.

Mix the mince with the curry paste, pepper and salt. Shape small balls.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls in 10 min. Until done. Take them out of the pan.

Meanwhile, cut the onion and cut the winter carrot into slices.

Fry the rest of the curry paste and the onion in the shortening for 3 minutes. Fry the tomato cubes for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the carrot in 10 minutes until al dente.

Prepare the flat bread according to the instructions on the package.

Add the meatballs to the sauce and heat for 2 minutes.

Add the yogurt and heat for 1 min. Without cooking.

Serve the meatballs with the carrot and the bread.
