Meatballs, potato and cabbage
Meatballs with spicy cauliflower, onion, potato, cherry tomatoes and baby kale.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut larger cauliflower florets in four, halve the rest. Cut the onions into wedges.

Mix the cauliflower and onion with the baking potatoes, oil, vadouvan, pepper and salt. Put the meatballs through.

Spread over a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes. Spoon the meatballs, potato and cauliflower after 10 minutes and add the tomatoes.

Take out of the oven, mix in a bowl the baby kale through it and serve.
