Meatballs with gado-gado
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, cabbage, green beans, half-to-half-minced, garlic (pressed), oil, tomatoes and satay sauce (350 g).

Cook rice according to instructions on the packaging and dry.

Cut pointed cabbage into narrow strips and clean green beans.

Mix the minced beef with garlic, salt and pepper.

Make 12 balls from minced beef.

In boiling water with some salt cabbage with green beans boil for 6-8 min.

Heat oil in frying pan and meatballs in 10 min.

Brown and cooked through.

Cut tomatoes into thin segments, remove seeds.

Prepare the saté sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.

Drain vegetables, let meatballs drain on kitchen paper.

Mix tomato with hot vegetables and distribute vegetables over four plates.

Place meatballs next to it and create saté sauce over it.
