Meatloaf with nuts
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (box 100 g), sugar bread (1 cm thick), whole milk, eggs (beaten), minced beef, pistachio nuts (95 g), spring onion (in 3 rings), in rings) and sweet (mango chutney (jar 340 g)).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without butter or oil in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Soak the bread in the milk for 2 minutes. Mix the bread with the eggs in the mince with a spoon. Knead the pine nuts, pistachios and 1/2 of the spring onions. Add pepper and salt to taste. Form a loaf of bread and place in a roasting pan covered with parchment paper. Fry in about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.

Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil and leave for 15 minutes before you cut it. Serve with the chutney and the rest of the spring onion.
