Put the pistachio nuts, chickpeas, egg and celery in a food processor.

Grind in 10 sec.

Remove from the bowl and make 8 small burgers with wet hands.

Heat the oil in a gourmet pan and bake 1 burger in 8 min.

Brown and cooked on both sides.
