Grate the orange zest of the orange and press out half of the orange. Ris the herbs from the twigs. Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Put the orange zest with the rosemary needles, thyme and oregano leaves, garlic, paprika powder and freshly ground black pepper in the food processor. Add 1-2 tablespoons orange juice and olive oil and mix everything into a fine rub.
