Mediterranean rice with valess fillet
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (pack 400 g), olive oil, eggplant (in small cubes), garden peas (450 g, frozen), Valess Mediterranean fillets (a 2 pieces) and Italian (pesto dressing (100 g)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the eggplant 3 min. Add the peas and cook for 5 min. Add the rice and heat for another 2 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the fillets over and over.

Add the pesto dressing to the rice. Add pepper and salt to taste. Divide the rice over 4 plates. Put the fillets next to it.
