Mediterranean vegetables with cheese and rice
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, ratatouille package, olive oil, tomato sauce (a 425 g), pine nuts (65 g) and white cheese (200 g).

Boil rice according to directions on the package.

Cast off.

Cut vegetables from package into small pieces.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Olive oil in wok heating.

Sprinkle onion, garlic, thyme and vegetables for 7 minutes.

Add Pomodorini and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a large dry frying pan, let pine nuts change into light brown.

Allow to cool slightly on plate.

Create rice on 4 deep plates.

Distribute vegetables and sprinkle with (drained) cheese and pine nuts..
