Melo Cocktail With Basil And Serrano
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, galia melon, olive oil with basil (bottle a 250 ml), fresh basil ((bag a 15 g), leaves chopped) and serrano ham.

Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Cut the halves into thin slices and remove the peel.

Put the melon with the oil and the leaves of basil in a bowl and let the flavors withdraw for at least 15 minutes.

Cut the slices of ham in half lengthwise.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and bake the ham (without oil) dry.

Let the ham drain on a piece of kitchen paper.

Divide the pieces of melon with adhering oil over four tall glasses and put a piece of crunchy serrano ham in each glass..
