Potato-vegetable pancake


A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, peeled), pointed cabbage, carrots, butter, onion (chopped), white wine, chicken broth (possibly of 2 tablets), cloves, dried thyme and smoked sausage.

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces.
  2. Cut the coals into narrow strips and the roots into cubes of 1 centimeter.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan and add the potatoes, cabbage, carrots and onion.
  4. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes, then add the wine and the chicken broth.
  5. Add the cloves, the bay leaf and the thyme and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the smoked sausage into slices, add them and cook gently for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve in deep plates..
