Mushroom salad with grapes and bluefin cheese
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), fennel bulb (in thin strips), mushroom melange (in coarse pieces), seedless white grapes, firm bluefin cheese (diced), lamb's lettuce (75 g) and balsamic vinegar.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Garlic 30 sec.

Fennel for 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and bake for 4 minutes, stirring, until moisture from mushrooms is released.

Add grapes and heat for 1 min.

Take the pan of fire and create cubes of cheese through it.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the salad lettuce on four plates and create grape mix.

Sprinkle a few drops of vinegar over it..
