Halve the melons. Remove the seeds. Use the polka dot cutter to roll bread out of the flesh or peel the melon and divide the flesh into pieces.

Put the melon in a large bowl and spoon in the honey or ginger syrup.

Add the liqueur and wine. Put this covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Spoon the blueberries through the bowl. Pour in the mineral water just before serving and add the mint leaves.
