Directions

  1. Halve the cantaloupe and galia melon and remove the seeds. With a melon ball cutter, roll bread from the melon (if you do not have one, you can also cut the melon into cubes).
  2. Stick a yellow melon ball on a skewer, poke a slice of raw ham and add an orange melon ball on top. Prick a basil top and finish with a melon ball. Continue until the melon is empty.
  3. Sprinkle just before serving with some olive oil and lime juice.
