Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.

Put the frozen raspberries with the liqueur, sugar and yogurt in the food processor and turn everything up to a smooth ice cream.

Place a meringue on each plate, and with a polka-dot roll, roll out rolls of raspberry ice cream.

Sprinkle the white chocolate over it.
