Ingredients: 100 gram White chocolate; 2 business suit frozen raspberries; 50 ml red fruit liqueur; 50 gram fine cristalsugar; 150 gram Greek yoghurt; 4 meringues

100 gram White chocolate
2 business suit frozen raspberries
50 ml red fruit liqueur

50 gram fine cristalsugar
150 gram Greek yoghurt
4 meringues

Directions

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
Put the frozen raspberries with the liqueur, sugar and yogurt in the food processor and turn everything up to a smooth ice cream.
Place a meringue on each plate, and with a polka-dot roll, roll out rolls of raspberry ice cream.
Sprinkle the white chocolate over it.
