Heat the water with the sugar until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool. Cut the nectarine into segments. Add the orange juice to the sugar syrup. Divide the segments of nectarine over the ice cream molds.

Fill the ice cream molds with the orange syrup mixture. Put in the freezer and let it freeze in at least 5 hours.
