Mexican chocolate milk
Stir the cocoa powder in a mug well with the sugar.
Add a small splash of milk and stir.
Bring the remaining milk to the boil until the milk starts to foam and stir the hot milk through the cocoa mixture.
Give your chocolate milk a Mexican twist with coffee, cayenne pepper, cinnamon powder and nutmeg.
Garnish with the marshmallows and dust with cocoa powder.
