Mexican fruit salad with bite
Summer fruit salad with papaya, watermelon, mango, cantaloupe melon, cucumber, lime and chipotle.

Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into long strips of 1½ cm thick.

Do the same with the watermelon, mango, the cantaloupe melon and the cucumber.

Put the fruit and vegetable sticks upright in large tall glasses.

Squeeze the lime and mix the chipotle through the juice and sprinkle the sticks with it.
