Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the mince, chili, cinnamon, salt and pepper and fry.
  2. Mix the tomato cubes with juice, corn and bananas and heat for 3-4 minutes. Heat the oven grill.
  3. Put the minced meat mixture in a low oven dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Slide the baking dish 10 cm under the hot grill and let the cheese melt in 2-3 minutes.
  4. Tasty with rice or kidney beans.
