Fusilli with cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chilled broccoli gros and onion.

Cook fusilli according to instructions. Add 4 minutes broccoli and co-cook.

Meanwhile, washing tomatoes and halve them. Peel and chop onions. Heat oil in pan and fry onion for about 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and cooking cream and melt cheese on a low heat. Add tomato and co-heat for approx. 1 minute.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix fusilli and broccoli with sauce. Serve immediately.
