Start with the fried rice: heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry in the garlic, the ginger, the celery and the carrot for 5 minutes.

Add the ketjapmarinadeen the rice and fry for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the oven grill. Place the fish fillets side by side on a greased baking sheet or in an oven dish.

Mix the shallots with chives, oil, soy sauce, chilli sauce and honey. Brush the fish fillets with this mixture.

Scoop the sesame seeds through the breadcrumbs and sprinkle this mixture over the fish.

Slide the dish 10 cm under the hot oven grill and roast the fish in 4-5 minutes brown and done. Make sure that the sesame seeds do not burn.

Serve the fish on the fried rice.
