Bean stew with cheese schnitzel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes, string beans (300 g, frozen), olive oil, cheese schnitzels (a 2 pieces), crème fraîche (200 ml), lettuce (in strips) and fresh dill (chopped).

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. In the meantime, cook the beans in approx. 6 min. Until al dente and pour off.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese schnitzels in 5 min. Until golden brown or until the cheese begins to melt. Turn halfway.

Stamp the potatoes with the crème fraîche into a smooth puree. Spoon the string beans, cabbage lettuce and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the stew over 4 plates and serve with the cheese schnitzels.
