Herring salad with apple and potatoes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, mini-jars (450 g), broad beans (360 ml), apples, fresh dill (25 g), red onions and herring in mild cream sauce (a 310 ml).

Directions

  1. Eggs in 7 minutes hard cooking.
  2. Round the half of the bell, cook for 5 minutes, drain and allow to cool.
  3. Extracting broad beans.
  4. Wash apples and cut into pieces.
  5. Mixing apple with broad beans.
  6. Dill finely.
  7. Peel and chop onions.
  8. Mix onions with potatoes, salt, pepper and half of dill.
  9. Cut herrings into pieces and stir in cream sauce again.
  10. Make half of broad beans in the bowl on the bottom.
  11. Half of potatoes on it and then half of herring.
  12. Repeat layers.
  13. Finish with herring layer.
  14. Peel and halve eggs.
  15. Take out egg yolks and finely chop.
  16. Cut the protein into pieces.
  17. Scale with egg white, egg yolk and dill garnish..
