Fried rice with basil, mushrooms and chicken.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushroom mix for 4 min. On medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, let the peppers drain and cut into strips.
  3. Add the peppers with the chicken fillet, shichimi and possibly salt to the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes while on a high fire.
  4. Add the rice and hot water to the chicken mixture and stir well. Bring to a boil over a high heat.
  5. Turn the heat back to medium and let it cook in 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Season with pepper. Garnish with the basil and serve.
