Stir-fry rice with chicken breast and basil
Fried rice with basil, mushrooms and chicken.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushroom mix for 4 min. On medium heat.

Meanwhile, let the peppers drain and cut into strips.

Add the peppers with the chicken fillet, shichimi and possibly salt to the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes while on a high fire.

Add the rice and hot water to the chicken mixture and stir well. Bring to a boil over a high heat.

Turn the heat back to medium and let it cook in 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Season with pepper. Garnish with the basil and serve.
