Beef steaks with swede

Cut the onions into thin segments.

Cut the kohlrabi into cubes of three cm.

Cut the beef into large pieces and scoop them in a bowl with mustard, thyme, salt and freshly ground black pepper and rapeseed oil.

Fry the meat in a frying pan over medium-high heat in four to six minutes brown.

Scoop the onion tarts and the pieces of swede through them, fry for another two to three minutes and pour in the stock.

Bring the whole to the boil.

Stew the beef with the lid diagonally on the pan over very low heat (possibly on a flame distributor) in two and half to three hours until done, so that the meat almost falls apart.

Change regularly.

Add some extra stock if necessary.
