Mexican sirloin steak
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly) (a 200 g), entrecotes (a ca. 300 g), Mexican seasonings mix (pot a 100 g), beef tomatoes, vegetable dish Mexican (620 g), butter or margarine and sour cream (125 ml).

Clean potatoes, prick them and pop them in the microwave for about 15 minutes at full power (700 Watts).

Let it continue for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile sprinkle prime rib with Mexican herbs.

Wash meat tomatoes, remove the crown and cut into pieces.
