A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic (chopped), onion (finely chopped), fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), sour cream (125 ml), corn oil, vegetarian minced (175 g), Mexican (wok vegetables ( freezer, 750 g)), tortillas (flour (8 pieces)) and cheese spread (a 100 g).

Directions

  1. Mix in sour cream with onion, parsley and half garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat in a large frying pan or wok oil, fry veggies for 3 minutes.
  4. Add frozen vegetables and garlic and stir-fry for another 7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the tortillas into quarters.
  7. Dough thick with smear cheese.
  8. Create vegetable mixture on an infused tortilla.
  9. Stack up 4 points on each other and carefully place them next to each other in 2 large frying pans.
  10. Heat approx.
  11. 5 min.
  12. With lid on pan over low heat.
  13. Place points on 4 plates and on each one create a spoonful of garlic sauce..
