Mexican tortillas from the bbq
Barbecue ribs with red cabbage, lime, black beans, corn, barbecue sauce and avocado.

Light the barbecue. Squeeze the limes and mix the juice with the honey.

Put the sliced red cabbage in a bowl and mix in the lime honey dressing. Let alone until use.

Put the black beans and corn in a sieve, rinse and put in a saucepan together with the barbecue sauce. Heat for 5 minutes on low heat.

Halve the avocado and remove the kernel. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices.

Grill the tortillas for 1 minute on the barbecue, halfway through.

Put them on a dish and spread the hot beans, red cabbage salad and avocado over it.
