A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, egg noodles, cucumbers, red peppers, lime juice, stir-fry oil, wasabi paste (Japanese horseradish paste, tube a 45 g), tilapia fillet (fish, a 220 g) and lamb's lettuce (75 g).

Directions

  1. Prepare according to instructions.
  2. Wash cucumbers, cut lengthwise and spoon out seeds.
  3. Cut cucumber halves into thin slices.
  4. Clean pepper and cut into thin strips.
  5. Dressing beating lime juice, 3 tbsp oil and wasabi paste.
  6. Tilapia with salt and pepper sprinkle.
  7. Heat residual oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and brown and cooked in 8 min.
  8. Mellow, cucumber, paprika and dressing.
  9. Spread the lamb's lettuce on four plates.
  10. Create miesalad.
  11. Cut Tilapia into pieces and lay on salad..
