Mie with surimi and crispy vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, stir-fry (300 g), sugar snaps, red peppers, surimi sticks (a 150 g), (sunflower) oil, bean sprouts and sweet chilli sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Rinse with cold water and let it drain.
  3. Cut sugar snaps into strips.
  4. Chop the pepper and cut it into strips.
  5. Cut the surimi into strips.
  6. Heat in wok oil.
  7. Sugarsnaps and paprika stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  8. Add surimi and fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Add bean sprouts and fry for 1 min.
  10. Add Mie and stir-fry.
  11. Stir in sauce and heat thoroughly.
  12. Tasty with crackers..
