Mihoensoep with roast beef and coconut
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, noodle (250 g), roast beef à la minute (about 250 g), fresh coriander (a 15 g), sunflower oil, Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), meat broth tablets, ground coconut (a 125 g) and sweet soy sauce.

Cook Mihoen according to instructions.

Roast beef cut into strips.

Coriander washing and coarse chopping.

Heat up wok oil and mix vegetables for about 4 minutes.

Add 1 liter of water and bouillon tablets.

Bring completely to the boil.

Add Mihoen, coconut and roast beef and cook for approx.

1 minute.

Season with soy sauce.

Distribute soup over four bowls and garnish with coriander.
