Beetroot with chicken and potatoes (baby 9 months)
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, apple (peeled and in pieces) and chicken breast.

Boil the potatoes in 20 minutes. Grind the nuts roughly in the food processor.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and apple.

Take it out of the pan and heat the rest of the butter. Fry the chicken breasts around brown and cooked. Then season the chicken with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Heat the beetroot according to instructions on the package and mix in the onion-apple mixture and the parsley. Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Crumble the cheese and the nuts over the beetroot. Serve with the chicken and the potatoes.
