Minced meat dish with basmati rice


A tasty recipe. The gluten-free main course contains the following ingredients: meat, paprika, onion and medium-sized egg.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice on the packaging according to the instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven setting 4.
  3. Clean the peppers and onions and cut into pieces. Bake the mince in a large frying pan with non-stick coating in approx. 3 minutes.
  4. Add the onion, peppers and cajun spices and cook for approx. 3 minutes. Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
