Minced meat dish with basmati rice
A tasty recipe. The gluten-free main course contains the following ingredients: meat, paprika, onion and medium-sized egg.

Cook the rice on the packaging according to the instructions.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven setting 4.

Clean the peppers and onions and cut into pieces. Bake the mince in a large frying pan with non-stick coating in approx. 3 minutes.

Add the onion, peppers and cajun spices and cook for approx. 3 minutes. Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.

Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the rice and cheese.

Grease the oven dish. Mix half of the cream mixture with the minced rice mixture and scoop in the greased baking dish.

Pour over the rest of the cream mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Put the oven dish in the middle of the oven and bake in about 20 minutes until a brown crust is formed.
