Pea soup with sausage


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, Dutch stir-fry mix (400 g), chilled pea soup (a 800 ml), farmers smoke sausages (a 250 g), rye bread (dark), piccalilly (pot) and kitten bacon.

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a soup pot and mix vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add pea soup and 250 ml water and bring the soup to the boil while stirring.
  3. If necessary, dilute the soup with some extra water.
  4. Turn down low heat and simmer soup for 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Meanwhile, cutting smoked sausages into slices.
  6. Smoked sausage (in parts) in grill pan or frying pan in 4-5 min.
  7. Cut slices of rye bread diagonally and cover each triangle with piccalilly.
  8. put bacon on it.
  9. Pea soup in four wide bowls and put some slices of sausage in the middle of soup.
  10. Serving slices of rye bread..
