Heat a grill pan without oil or butter. Cut open the hamburger buns and grill them for approx. 1 min on the cutting edge.

Grill the jalapeño burgers 12 minutes in the grill pan over medium heat browned and done. Times regularly.

Wash and dry the lettuce and tear into pieces. Put 4 pieces of lettuce on the bottom halves of the buns and put the rest in a bowl.

Cut 2 tomatoes into slices and spread them over the sandwiches. Cut the rest of the tomatoes into wedges and put them in the dish with the lettuce.

Mix the mayonnaise with the water and sprinkle the salad with it.

Mix the rest of the mayonnaise with the harissa. Put a jalapeñoburger on each bun.

Spoon 1/2 of the harissa mayonnaise on each burger and divide the grilled eggplant and gherkin cubes. Serve with the salad.
